1. Right to Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support at: store@froflo.com
Your request should include:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
While we may ask for a reason, providing it is optional and only used for product quality improvements.
3. Conditions for Return
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns if items show signs of use or are returned without original packaging and accessories.
4. Who Covers Shipping Costs?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Exception: If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees.
If the return does not meet the conditions stated above, it may be rejected, and the item will be returned to the sender.
6. Exceptions – When Returns Are Not Accepted?
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or damaged products not due to a manufacturing defect
- Missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or non-refundable
7. After 30 Days
- If 30 days have passed, a return is only possible if the product is defective under warranty.
Warranty claims are processed separately.
