✔ Mediation in Poland – Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation conducted in Poland. The mediation will be carried out by a recognized mediation center chosen by mutual agreement of the parties. If the parties fail to reach an agreement within 60 days from the start of mediation, either party may proceed with arbitration or litigation.

✔ Optional Arbitration in Poland – If mediation does not lead to a resolution, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration in Poland, under the rules of the [Polish Arbitration Court] (if applicable). Arbitration shall be final and binding unless mandatory provisions of law require otherwise.

✔ Litigation in Poland – If the dispute is not resolved through mediation or arbitration, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.

For consumers residing in the United States, if mediation does not resolve the dispute, they retain the right to seek legal action in their jurisdiction, subject to the limitations of these Terms.
